Decentralized Planning
People's Planning Campaign (Janakeeyasoothranam) is a decentralized development initiative implemented by the Government of Kerala. The primary objective of the scheme is to plan development activities with public participation by conferring more powers and responsibilities upon Local Self-Government Institutions (LSGDs), including Grama Panchayats, Block Panchayats, District Panchayats, and Municipalities.
